Ashley Burk
Staff: Building and Membership Engagement Manager
Ashley is part of the first generation group who started the Break with Brenda. She is now in her twenties, and a graduate of Crystal Lake South high school. She started a fine arts degree at McHenry County College and is hoping to finish up her last semester shortly. She often writes, longboards, hikes, and travels. She is excited to help the generations excel in the lives they aspire to attain.
Taylor Keller
Staff: Building Leader
Taylor is a senior studying special education at Illinois State University. She grew up in Algonquin and completed an internship with the Break over the summer for her minor in civic engagement and responsibility. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets as well as watching sports!

Jackie Wittig
Staff: Building Manager
Jackie moved to Crystal Lake in 2005 and is the mother of three. She obtained a degree years ago in Early Childhood Education but has plenty of experience with teens being that hers are 17, 20 and 28. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughter Evelynn (who always keeps her on her toes) and going to the Badgers football games in Madison Wisconsin to watch her son who's in the marching band.

Celeste Conner
Staff: Prevention & Wellness Specialist
Celeste recently graduated from Indiana University where she earned her degree in Psychology. During her academic journey she also minored in counseling and sociology allowing her to develop a passion for working with people and for mental health care. Celeste grew up in Crystal Lake and is very excited to be back in town and put her knowledge towards serving her community. In her free time she loves to read, dabble in writing, and paint. Celeste is so excited to aid those at The BREAK!

Lexie Zeppos
Staff: Prevention & Wellness Specialist
Lexie is a recent graduate from St. Lawrence University, where she studied Psychology and Public Health. She hopes to get a double masters degree in Public Health and Social Work. She is also an outreach and prevention advocate for Turning Point Domestic Violence Services. She enjoys reading mystery/thriller books, her favorite author being Agatha Christie, engaging in photography, writing poetry, and spending time with friends and family.
