This program is the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign Teen Cuisine course. It runs approximately six weeks once a week starting 8/18/2023. To be involved teens need to have program paperwork filled out before starting. Once sessions begin there is little lead way for more to join the Group.

About the Event
Teen Cuisine is where you will grow in your kitchen skills and nutrition awareness. We will cover basics in safety and preparations and get hands in the kitchen to ultimately send you off with more kitchen knowledge than you had before. At the end of this series, you will have all knowledge to be able to bring this to your home and be able to prepare all the dishes we covered plus extras.
